Our micro-venue radiates a charm that effortlessly fuses vintage aesthetics with modern flair. The loft has gorgeous brick walls, vaulted ceilings, a very minimal feel. The loft is a blank canvas waiting to be transformed. Its eclectic nature makes it the perfect backdrop for any event, from intimate gatherings to lively celebrations.

Adaptable and dynamic, our space welcomes a variety of themes and occasions - your booking comes with 6 farmhouse tables and 50 black & brown chairs. Various accent furniture pieces are available to customize your vibe and layout!

Customized packages to fit your event perfectly:
+ Mon-Thurs rental | $75/hour | No minimum
+ Fri-Sun rental | $115/hour | 4 hour minimum
+ Full Day rental | $900 | 12 hour access
+ Micro-wedding | $1500 | 15 hour access

Your access to the space begins at the agreed upon start time. Any time needed for setup and tear down should be included and accounted for when booking your event hours.

The Details

Max capacity is 50 guests

Open food/drink policy. Alcohol is allowed - but cannot be sold.

Our space features an informal kitchen, suitable for basic food preparation.

We embrace an open vendor policy, allowing you to bring in the vendors who resonate with your vision.

Street parking and parking lot located behind FOXX EQUIPMENT and under the bridge. Do not park in the Escapist marked spots, it will result in a tow.

Djs and loud music is prohibited before 6pm. You are welcome to bring your own speaker.

We require all renters to leave their card on file. In the event there is damage done, we will charge your card accordingly!

Non-refundable 30% deposit is due at booking with a signed contract. Remaining balance is due 14 days before your event

Minimal wall space for hanging items. If choosing to hang, tape or command hooks only permitted. No nails, screws, hooks, etc

We are located on the 2nd floor with NO ELEVATOR - please note that this is not a handicap friendly space.

Beautiful nostalgic feel to the open, full of windows, open air area. Loved the pastel vibe and sitting area. Our event ended at around sunset and the lighting there was magical!
