That’s where we come in. Our partial planning package is perfect for couples who’ve made a solid start but want expert guidance to pull everything together. We’ll step in to fine-tune the details, manage logistics, and support you through the final months so nothing gets missed. You stay in control of your vision—we’ll make sure it all comes to life, seamlessly.

Our à la carte meetings are perfect for couples who just need expert advice, a second opinion, or help solving a specific planning puzzle. Whether you’re stuck on timelines, vendor contracts, décor decisions, or just need to talk it all out—we’re here for it.
Meetings are 60 minutes and can be held virtually or in person (coffee or cocktails encouraged!)

During this complimentary 30-minute Google Meet, we’ll chat through all the important details to better understand your vision, preferences, and priorities for your big day. This is your chance to share your love story, wedding goals, and anything you've already started planning.
We’ll cover things like your ideal wedding date, venue preferences, style or theme, budget expectations, and what kind of support you're looking for. Most importantly, it’s a chance to see if we’re a good fit and how Jaded Events can best support you on this journey. No pressure—just real talk, good vibes, and wedding dreaming.
Once we’ve talked through your needs and you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a detailed proposal outlining the services you’ve selected, along with associated costs. This includes everything from package details to any add-ons or custom elements we discussed—full transparency, no surprises.
When you're ready to make it official, just sign the contract and submit the deposit to reserve your date. Once that’s in, consider us officially on your team! We’ll send a welcome email with next steps, important documents, and set up your first planning meeting to kick things off.
We’re not just your planners—we’re your sounding board, your cheerleaders, and your steady hand through all the ups and downs of wedding planning. From the moment you book with us, you’ll have regular access to your Jaded Events planner for anything you need. Whether it's a quick question, a vendor hiccup, a design dilemma, or just needing someone to talk things through—we’re here.
You can reach out via email or text anytime during business hours, and we’ll always respond as promptly as possible. We're here to brainstorm creative ideas, walk you through tricky decisions, troubleshoot the unexpected, and celebrate every milestone along the way. Laugh, cry, vent, dream—we’ve got you.
We have a team of 7 gals. If a last minute emergency happens and a change of coordinator is required, we will let you know asap. We will make sure that all notes are reviewed, a meeting is held for introductions, and that you feel comfortable with your new assigned coordinator.
We will have an initial consultation meeting to discuss packages and process. Once a contract is signed, it is up to you to schedule additional meetings (timeline help, vendor meetings, etc). We will schedule a final meeting 1-4 weeks before the wedding day to discuss details and expectations.
If you want us there, we will absolutely be there! Typically these are included in the planning process - if you book a coordination package, please reach out to us to confirm meeting dates/times.
Planning packages are more hands-on and meet with the Jaded Events team regularly. The day-of coordination packages are strictly day-of unless you ask for additional help!
If you have booked us for rehearsal dinner, then yes! If you have not booked - rehearsal dinner coordination is not provided in the day-of packages but can be added on for $200 at any point during the planning process.
Our packages allot for 2 coordinators to be on site. Depending on the package, it may be an opener and a closer - otherwise there will be at least 2 sets of hands to manage your big day (as availability allows).
